This is a small shop I usually go to when I am too lazy to cook dinner! The most common combination is a large bowl of dry noodles (60 yuan) and a small bowl of wonton soup (45 yuan)! Braised dishes: Dried tofu (15 yuan/2 pieces), braised eggs (15 yuan). These prices are all after the price increase, totaling 135 yuan. It was originally around a hundred dollars! First of all, the big bowl of dry noodles is made of bolder noodles with exclusive meat sauce! A little cabbage! The noodles have a chewy texture, and the臊子 is salty, fragrant and sweet! Before the price increase, I thought the portion for 50 yuan was larger than it is now! Very filling and great value for money! And it tastes pretty good! After the price increase, it’s like the Big Mac in the nearby McDonald’s, more expensive and smaller in size, but fortunately the taste is still good! Personally, I would eat the dry noodles in their original flavor first, then add the chili oil and oil residue provided by the store to make oil-splashed noodles, and pair it with the free pickled cabbage provided on the table! One side can be eaten twice! After finishing the noodles, take out the wontons from the wonton soup and add chili oil to make red oil wontons as the third dish. Wonton soup used to taste like a rich, salty and fragrant bone broth! This time I was disappointed, there was a weird tap water smell! Very not ok! The braised dishes are just average, and it's only when I'm used to cutting them that I get the feeling of eating noodles! You can order it or not!
