Visit the quiet part of The Great Wall

The Great Wall of China is a must-see attraction while in Beijing. It is a historical place that makes you feel the power and the history the place has. I visited The Yellow Flower Fortress part of The Great Wall that is located near a lake and a water dumb. The Yellow Flower Fortress is a more quiet and isolated part of The Great Wall with not many tourists. In fact, we were the only ones there at all. Over there you can have a spectacular view of mountains and lakes surrounding this part of The Great Wall. It is quite an experience to be the only one there because The Great Wall is a very famous tourist attraction and is always crowded with people. In Chinese The Yellow Flower fortress part of The Great Wall is called Huanghuacheng and in English it is often called The Water Great Wall. The downside is that it isn’t easy to get here, you’ll need a car 🚗 , a taxi 🚕 or hire a private driver for the day. But this is the reason it’s so peaceful here and you can really enjoy your visit to The Great Wall of China and take in the greatness of this place.
