Hidden on the first floor of Building 1, No. 1 Aoyuan West Road, this creative restaurant is a total gem. I wish I'd found it sooner! The moment I walked in, I was struck by the warm, upscale atmosphere. Every detail is carefully curated, making it a perfect spot for taking photos. The spring menu is full of surprises, complemented by craft beers and cocktails. The Mujiangzi Oil Grilled Seasonal Wild Rice Stems were a revelation. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, the wild rice stems are coated in a unique, fragrant Mujiangzi oil. It's not greasy at all. The Herb Roasted Spring Chicken has a golden, glistening skin that crackles with each bite, and the chicken is incredibly juicy. The Grilled Sayori is savory, salty, and crispy, making it the perfect accompaniment to a drink. The restaurant's sporty design is super cool, and the beautiful bar creates a fantastic atmosphere.
