#NewYearNewTrip This time in Beijing, I would like to recommend the Grand Mercure Central Beijing Hotel under Accor. I would like to review the Junior Suite room, which is 55 sq.m. The room is clean and spacious, with a living room and bedroom separated, and the bathroom is in the middle. However, the layout of the room is a bit strange because it is a long room. As for the large swimming pool, there is a hot spring pool and sauna. There is a fitness room. What impressed me was the international breakfast buffet. The food line is not very large, but it is complete according to international standards. The food tastes good. The Executive Lounge offers All Day Refreshments from 10:00 to 20:00. There are teas, coffees, and cookies to snack on. As for the Happy Hour from 17:30 to 19:30, there are hot meals, salads, desserts, cakes, wines, beer, soft drinks, fruit juices, teas, and coffees. (*Free access to the Executive Lounge here is available if you are an Accor Platinum member or above, or if you book an Executive room.) The hotel is near the Xuanwumen Metro Station (Line 2 & Line 4) Exit: F (there is an escalator to the exit). When you come out, turn right. And walk about 100 meters, you will find the hotel on the right. For traveling from the airport to the hotel, it is convenient. Take the Airport Express to Dongzhimen Station and take Metro Line 2 to Xuanwumen Station. From the hotel, you can turn right and walk about 400 meters to take the Metro to Xidan Station (Line 1 & Line 4). The location of the hotel is near the famous shopping area, Xidan. There are many department stores and restaurants in the mall. You can walk from the hotel. If anyone is going to Universal Studios Beijing, it is very convenient. Walk from the hotel to the Metro at Xidan Station and take the Metro Line 1, a single line to the end of the line at Universal Resort Station without having to change lines. Or if you want to take the high-speed train to Tianjin, Nanjing, Shanghai, it is convenient because from the hotel, take the Metro to Xuanwumen Station and take the Metro Line 4 for only 3 stations to Beijing South Railway Station, which is a station connected to the high-speed train. The disadvantage of this hotel is that there are no convenience stores or Minimarts near the hotel. Therefore, you should buy things outside before entering the hotel. Or you have to walk to buy it at the Xidan shopping area. But next to the hotel, there is a restaurant selling rice and noodles. Open until 10 pm. The staff here provide good service. The front desk can communicate in English well. For anyone looking for a good place to stay in Beijing, I recommend it.
