It’s possible to ski in Beijing

There is a few ski resorts in Beijing and one of my favorites is Beijing HuaiBei International ski resort 📍北京怀北国际滑雪场 🎫 258 CNY (weekend) The resort is just by the Great Wall actually and have enough slopes to make a fun day even if you are not a beginner. It is a very good alternative for a day trip out of Beijing. There is a coffee shop if you take the box lift to the top where they serve pretty decent coffee and there are plenty places to grab some simple food or to sit down to have a picnic if you bring your own stuff. 📸 there are professional photographers in the slopes takings pictures all day that you can download from different apps one is from the ski resort and another one is called GoSki The entrance ticket is 258 CNY with a 400 CNY deposit. You will then get a card to use for the ski resort and for equipment rental. 🎿 or 🏂 including boots are included in the 258 entrance and whatever else you need to rent like helmet, clothes etc will be deducted from your deposit.
