Today Art Museum·Swiss Classic Design Exhibition

Switzerland, which is well-known to everyone, is most famous for its fascinating tourism resources, world-renowned hotel management and watch manufacturing technology. Today I had the honor of visiting the "Swiss Classic Design Exhibition" being held at the Today Art Museum in Beijing. This is a warm-up event to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Switzerland. Visiting this exhibition gave me a new dimension of understanding of Switzerland. It just so happens that I’m going on a trip to Europe tomorrow, and the last stop is Switzerland! It brings together more than 200 iconic Swiss design works, covering a number of fields including architectural design, product design and graphic design, fully demonstrating the evolution of Swiss craftsmanship and design. I am fascinated by the sophistication and practicality of Swiss design. From 75 original furniture pieces, to more than 50 iconic travel posters, to 20 single stools from different eras, each exhibit is highly praised for its simple style and practicality, allowing me to experience the unique charm of Swiss design up close. These works not only reflect the evolution of Swiss design history, but also bear witness to the rise of Swiss craftsmanship from its inception to worldwide fame. In addition, the exhibition also highlights Switzerland's continued development in the field of innovation, including engineering, medical care, sustainable development and other industries. Swiss design innovation has had a profound impact around the world, which is fully reflected in the exhibition. This exhibition has given me a better understanding of Switzerland, a country that has not only set an example in the fields of economy, education, national and social governance, but has also achieved excellence in design and innovation.
