Jiangfu Park is located on the east side of Jiangtai area in Chaoyang District and is one of the park ring projects in Beijing’s green isolation area. The park has a planned area of ​​58 hectares and has been implemented in two phases since 2007. The first phase, covering an area of ​​24 hectares, was completed and opened in April 2008. After its completion, Jiangfu Park has become the largest park green space in Electronic City, Jiuxianqiao and Jiangtai areas, enriching the urban functions of the area, improving the image of the urban environment and providing residents with a beautiful leisure, fitness and entertainment environment. The design of Jiangfu Park fully considers the use of existing forest conditions, explores the cultural heritage of Jiangtai area, integrates various activities suitable for leisure, fitness, entertainment, experience, science, viewing and so on in the natural environment, provides necessary supporting service facilities, and meets the various leisure needs of residents. The overall design of the park is divided into six functional areas, namely: Camel House Cultural Leisure Area, Woodland Leisure and Viewing Area, Jiangtai Waterscape Leisure Area, Bahe Waterfront Viewing Area, Ball Sports Area, and Jingyun Cultural Activity Area. The construction of Jiangfu Park embodies the guiding philosophy of "exploring Jiangtai culture, building a park brand, and serving local residents." The main gate of the park opens with a thick, thread-bound version of the "Jiangfu Park Storybook," taking visitors into a long historical story. The construction of the park is based on the idea of ​​exploring the cultural heritage of the Jiangtai. Through the large mural wall "Legend of Jiuxian Bridge", the beautiful legend of Jiuxian Bridge is told to tourists; the blue-gray Dianjiangtai quietly leads people to imagine the distant and grand scene of King Zhao of Yan ascending the stage to appoint generals; the Camel House Trail and Camel Shadow Tracking Scenic Spot tell the origin of the name of Tuofangying Village where the park is located and the busy scene of grain ships shuttling back and forth on the Bahe River in the past. The park is filled with a strong historical and cultural atmosphere.
