Experience a restaurant with old Beijing charm.

This time, I stayed at the Jianguo Hidden Hotel near Jinyu Hutong Station in Beijing (close to Wangfujing Pedestrian Street). Downstairs, I chose a Chinese tea house called Xiao Diao Li Tang located in the 88 Mall for a meal. The design of the restaurant is very unique, leaning towards an old Beijing feel. As for the food, it has a slight Cantonese flavor, but of course, Beijing is known for its northern cuisine, so don't expect the taste to be fully Cantonese; there will be some differences. However, the creativity of the dishes is quite distinctive. One of their signature dishes is caramelized fried shrimp and fried pear!
