A new Vietnamese restaurant I like 💕 opened in Wangfujing apm, on the 6th floor of the mall! Every time I come here with my friends, I will eat before I leave! It's really hard to find such authentic Vietnamese food in Beijing! 👍 The restaurant is uniquely decorated, full of light luxury and petty bourgeoisie style, and the whole environment reveals a sense of relaxation, it is suitable for couples dating and girlfriends gathering! 🥰 Looking at the menu, there are too many delicious dishes, I feel that I don't want to miss any of them! 😋 Australian Phoenix Wagyu Beef Train Head Rice Noodles is the signature dish! The rice noodles are smooth and chewy, and the large pieces of Australian Phoenix Wagyu beef have clear marble patterns, which are halal certified and of high quality! The beef balls are chewy! The soup base that is simmered with pure beef bones and beef tendons for 2⃣️4⃣️ hours is so fresh! The soup is clear and bright, condensed with essence, without adding MSG, low fat and low salt, restoring the most authentic taste of the ingredients! Add a little mint leaves and chili 🌶️ seasoning, it's so delicious! 👌 The Hainanese Chicken Rice Set looks very rich, the hand-deboned chicken leg meat is smooth and tender, with gai lan and cucumber 🥒 refreshing, and the three dipping sauces are also unique; the chicken oil rice is oily and bright, soft and fragrant! This one is so satisfying! 👏 The handmade shrimp cake is golden and crispy, full of umami! The lemongrass grilled chicken leg 🍗 is very flavorful, with hot and sour sauce and side dishes, it's so delicious! 😋 I also love their 🆓 shrimp chips, I can't stop eating!
