Strolling in Yizhuang Cultural Park Part 2 - East District of Cultural Park

After coming out of Fengda International Hotel and taking a full circle around the west district of Yizhuang Cultural Park, I headed east along Cultural Park West Road. After crossing the intersection of Ronghua Middle Road, I continued east along Cultural Park East Road, passing by the headquarters building of China Unicom, which still had the sponsor logo of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics. There was also a commercial center and the Sam's Club on its east side. Continuing east, I arrived at the C entrance of the East District of the Cultural Park. Upon entering, I saw a group of buildings with white tent tops by the lake to the north. Walking clockwise, the entire East District was planned and built more neatly. The lake here was also more expansive. From the lake, you could see the headquarters building of China Unicom across Cultural Park East Road. On the grass by the lake, a relatively large tree was surrounded by stones, and the tree trunk on the ground was somewhat hollow. The lawns and lake shores here were well planned, and the trees were relatively sparse compared to the West District, which appeared more primitive and desolate. There were a few granite sculptures on a piece of grass. Then I arrived at the stadium. The blue and purple-toned building opposite was the Aerospace Castle, which turned out to be the off-campus practice education base for the Young Pioneers of the Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area. There were ticket-selling staff inside, and the stadium had an open-air grandstand. From the stadium, I walked to the northernmost ring road and arrived at the A entrance of the East District. Opposite were several 4S car dealerships. Passing by the B entrance of the East District, the commercial building seen before entering was the Yizhuang Creative Life Plaza. To its east was the Sam's Club, and to the west was the huge headquarters building of China Unicom. Moving forward, I reached the C entrance of the East District where I had entered earlier. The entire East District took nearly 40 minutes.
