Morning at Beihai Park, Beijing

At six o'clock, along with the bustling tourists, I enter Beihai Park. The tall White Pagoda stands on the beautiful Qiong Island. The lake is calm, with dense, plump lotus leaves huddling together, and occasionally a lotus flower blooms ahead of the others. Fluffy white clouds adorn the azure sky, as the ancient poem goes, 'White clouds ascend the distant peaks, swaying into the clear sky,' adding a touch of moving color to the royal garden. The morning in Beihai is tranquil and elegant, with locals speed walking, practicing Tai Chi, and walking birds... a scene of serenity. Some say that for visitors from outside the city, the best way to start touring Beijing is by visiting Beihai Park in the early morning. Now, at the entrance of Beihai Park, there is a 'Cloud Listening to Beihai' automatic audio guide rental kiosk, priced at 29.9 per unit, as convenient as renting a charger. Beihai Park opens at six in the morning during the summer. Some gardens within the park are closed on Mondays.
