Beijing | Yan Dai Xie Street, the oldest hutong by the Houhai Lake~

Yan Dai Xie Street is located within the core protection area of Shichahai in Xicheng District, Beijing, starting from Di'anmen Outer Street in the east to Xiao Shi Bei Hutong in the west. It runs northeast to southwest, with a total length of 232 meters and a uniform width of 4 meters, making it one of the oldest hutongs in Beijing. Although it is only a little over two hundred meters long, it is one of Beijing's top ten characteristic streets.
