Enjoying breakfast with the alpaca🦙 and deer🦌 in the private hot spring estate within the fifth ring.

The Ziyu Villa in the northern fifth ring is truly a tranquil haven within the city. The environment is impeccably maintained, with expansive lawns and a variety of small animals that provide a therapeutic experience each visit. The restaurants (Peacock Garden, Ginkgo Tree House, Swan Cafeteria) are all incredibly atmospheric, though reservations can be challenging to secure. It must be said that each hotel under the Zhihe brand is uniquely located and designed, blending seamlessly into nature with a touch of understated luxury. This is my first stay at Zhihe in Beijing, and it feels like a vacation in a bamboo forest - incredibly serene ⛱️. 🌳┇Bamboo Forest Private Hot Spring Room Recently renovated, the hot spring faces the bamboo forest, offering a relaxing experience that feels one with nature - perfect for a weekend getaway! The room features an open design, with a minibar stocked with complimentary snacks and beverages, welcome fruits, and evening beverages. Surprisingly, the bathroom even includes a hair straightener - a first for any hotel I've stayed in! 🌳┇Afternoon Tea and Breakfast This is a particular favorite of mine. Both afternoon tea and breakfast can be enjoyed outdoors, right at the hotel entrance. Breakfast reservations should be made in advance at the front desk to dine with the deer and alpacas. The next day, the staff will bring them over at the agreed time. We dined with three deer 🦌 and one alpaca 🦙 for an hour - a super fun experience, though taking photos was a bit challenging! Breakfast is prepared by the restaurant and is quite sumptuous. The outdoor area is currently adorned with hydrangeas, creating a strong overall ambiance. 📷Photography tip: Buy some carrots 🥕 in advance for a photo op with the animals - they'll come right over! 🌳┇Super Large Lawn This area is arguably the highlight of Ziyu Villa, having gained popularity over the years. The expansive lawn and artificial lake are home to numerous swans 🦢, pigeons, peacocks, alpacas, and deer that are active from morning till night, allowing for close interaction. The lawn offers a view of the exquisite tower. 🌳┇Natural Forest The natural environment of Ziyu Villa is exceptional. A stroll through the forest after a meal is delightful, with plenty of flowers to photograph in the spring and early summer. The best part is that there's no competition for the best photo spots! 🏠┇Zhihe Resort Hotel 📍┇Enter through the west gate of the eastern district of Ziyu Villa by car or taxi. ❗️Tips: 1. Vending machines are available throughout the villa for feeding the animals. 2.
