China Court Museum

The China Court Museum is located at No. 4 Justice Road, Dongcheng District, Beijing (the former site of the Bank of Japan), covering an area of more than 3,000 square meters, with an exhibition area of more than 1,600 square meters. It features a basic exhibition hall, special exhibition halls, and a legal education interactive area. The building has an 'L' shaped layout, with the first floor housing the Judicial Square, office area, exhibition halls, and the main post office; the second floor contains exhibition halls and a rule of law film screening room. The China Court Museum is a national industry museum sponsored by the Supreme People's Court of the People's Republic of China. In 2018, the China Court Museum was designated as a National Legal Publicity and Education Base. In 2019, it was named a National Patriotic Education Demonstration Base by the Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China. The location of the China Court Museum, the former site of the Bank of Japan, is now a national key cultural relics protection unit.
