Citywalk at Beihai Park in the springtime

Tomorrow marks the traditional Chinese solar term of the Spring Equinox, heralding the gradual arrival of spring. In the morning, stepping into Beihai Park, one is greeted with vibrant life. The lake ripples gently, and the tender green willow branches sway in the breeze. In the distance, the majestic White Pagoda casts its reflection upon the water. Walking along the water's edge, the docked pleasure boats are ready to set sail, with electric boats, pedal boats, rowboats, sculling boats, and themed boats having already embarked on their voyages yesterday. In front of the ancient Chanfu Temple, peach blossoms welcome the spring, blooming brightly, and early in the morning, there are already people taking photos in Hanfu attire. The Wulong Pavilion is particularly striking, draped in green willows. Underneath the small flags of a tourist group, a lively bunch of visitors from Lijiang, dressed in ethnic costumes, enthusiastically tour and take photos. Beihai Park is one of the finest royal gardens in the center of Beijing, opening at 6:30 in the morning, and is conveniently accessible right from Exit A of Beihai North Station on Subway Line 6.
