What shocked me was the sheer number of people at the event, it felt like there were over a hundred thousand people. After 18:30, considering safety hazards, the dragon lantern was extinguished, and the crowd dispersed like a tide. The nearby Shichahai Station and Beihai North Station were also closed, people could arrive but couldn't leave due to traffic control. Everyone was strolling on the roads, and hailing a taxi was impossible, so in the end, I chose to walk an extra station to Ping'anli to take the subway😂.
