Beijing's Magnificent Imperial Palace 🇨🇳

#timetotravel The Forbidden city or The Palace Museum is once home to the Imperial families of China in which common people could not enter. However, nowadays it is no longer forbidden. It is now available to the public in which we can all admire the beauty of the imperial palace from its facade down to the interior of the palace. We can have a glimpse of how the imperial family used to live before in the walled palace. The palace nothing but grand and majestic. I suggest you book in advance because they only allow certain number of tourists daily or go there really early to buy your ticket if you are visiting the palace on the same day. We went there twice but we were only successful getting in once. The second time we were there they ran out of tickets and it was our last day in Beijing. Suggested visit duration: minimum of three hours. The palace is massive you could easily stay here for an entire day if you really want to see everything in detail.
