I stopped by whenever I wanted to drink coffee in a place with great air conditioning during the day while staying at the Park Royal Resort right next door. Park Royal doesn't have a lobby cafe, and the lobby itself is open, so it's really hot ;; I sat comfortably at Starbucks, used the internet, and had a good rest. The bathroom wasn't bad either. There aren't many people during the day, so you can have a quiet and leisurely time. There were quite a few people who took out drinks and drank them while lying on the resort's sunbeds.
