#kualalumpurtrip We loved it. The staff were absolutely amazing. Every day we were greeted with salams, even if we saw the staff member 5x during the day, we were always greeted with salams and a smile. Our room was cleaned daily. My request for the last floor was met. The view was extraordinary. The staff truly work from their heart and truly love what they do. We had such a different variety during our breakfast buffet. They went on and beyond to make us happy, and they exceeded my expectations. It was my first trip to Malaysia, and we had an amazing time. I am definitely recommending it to my family and friends. Would like to tell the staff, from the lobby, to the kitchen, to the front desk, the reception, the pool workers, the cleaners, to the ALL the staff, you all are absolutely amazing and truly do the very best to keep the guests happy. I can not give one negative feedback. I can go on with all the positive feedbac. However, I would never know when to end. Your boss should be proud of you all 😀😀😀 The front desk staff name Wind is good service& very friendly,this is I first time come to Shangri-La with my girlfriend to enjoy,everything is very nice n all staff is very professional n very friendly and the staff name Wind is very nice person with friendly talk,next time I will come back to Shangri-La again when I come to o Penang
