Craft cocktails & Creative tapas Lilith&Sons

This is a little cocktail bar & restaurant with a very interesting menu of bites and sips. 🍸 🗺 It is located in the neighborhood of Poble Sec, just a stone throw away from the busy tapas street named Carrer Blai, and it is worth choosing Lilith & Sons instead of the busier street next to it. Why? Well…for starters, there are usually seats at their terrace and is far less noisy than the terraces in Carrer Blai. But specially, it is worth coming here to discover a creative menu of signature cocktails and twists on Spanish food classics. An example of the latter are the “croquetas”, a Spanish staple that here comes in the form of little pastry tartalettes - nothing to do with the classic croquetas but interesting spin and actually healthier than the deep fried traditional version -. Also the fake bravas; sweet potato fries with a homemade wasabi mayonnaise and a mango chutney sauce for you to choose between a sweet or a savory dip. 🍹 And now onto the cocktails. Their liquid menu is actually the star of the game here; when we visited the server/owner, Baptiste, explained us that the signature cocktails are their own interpretation of cocktails that match the spirits concepts of other bars in Barcelona, hence, upon checking the menu one can easily notice other bars’ names right under the cocktail’s title. Marc chose the one named Biorritmo, a tribute to awarded bar Dr. Stravinsky (World’s 50 Best), that revolves around Tequila as the main spirit. 👓 Have fun exploring their list or ask them for recommendations.
