New design hotels opening in 2023

This time I stayed in this new hotel which opened at the beginning of the year. I think it is quite good in all aspects. The hotel is located in Bao'an District, about 9-10 minutes' walk (more than 600 meters) from Xin'an Park subway station. I think it is more convenient to take a taxi. It is about an 8-minute walk from the nearby shopping mall, Haiya Colorful City. There are Starbucks, KFC, Chinese restaurant, Nayuki Tea, convenience store, etc. downstairs. The room is comfortable and clean overall, equipped with intelligent voice control and a small Japanese-style hall. Drinks in the small refrigerator in the room are free, and 2 facial masks are also provided. The shower in the bathroom is powerful, the bath products smell good, and there is a smart toilet. There is free supper in the evening (see the picture above for the food), which can be enjoyed at the 14/F restaurant. During happy hour, there are discounts for drinks in the restaurant, and there are singers singing, and the atmosphere is great. On the other side of 14/F is the public area, which has fitness facilities, washing and drying machines, a nail art area, game consoles 🎮 and a reading area in the middle. The space is not large, but it is very comfortable. I think the price is a bit expensive. A double room without meals costs more than 600 yuan including tax, which is not cost-effective.
