Today I will review the lunch salad buffet at Novotel Silom, The Square restaurant. There is a weekday promotion from Monday to Friday from 12.00-14.30. The promotion price is very cute, starting at 159 baht. There is a salad bar, various soups (pumpkin, miso, vegetable soup), and 2-3 Thai dishes that change regularly. On the day I went, there was larb and fried meatballs, ice cream, seasonal fruits, and drinks, including tea and coffee. I personally think the quality and deliciousness are beyond the price. It's very worthwhile. For those who want to eat a main dish, pay an additional 100 baht = 259 baht and get pasta or pizza.
