Beef Broth and Mutton soup

If there was a food place in Bangkok filled with history, it would definitely be Wattana Panich Beef Broth. It is said that the pot has been boiling for 50 years. Your first reaction would be like, you mean the soup is never changed? Yes, they do not make any new soup at all. Everyday they would store the remainder and next top up with water and fresh ingredients and herbs. What you get is a very concentrated broth filled with flavor and you can smell the aroma once you enter the shop. The beef is cooked just right and very tender. They are not only famous for their beef soup, their mutton soup is also really good. The soup is Herbaceous, sweet and filled with flavor. Drop off the bone type of meat which means it’s cooked just right. The staff there are very friendly too even though they are already really famous. Do try it if you looking for some good soup while you are in Bangkok.
