At Samyan Mitrtown, you can find many restaurants and food stalls on the underground floor. I came across an interesting chicken and rice stall which sells Shanghai style chicken rice. I've only eaten Thai style and Hainan style in Singapore, but I've never heard of Shanghai style before. So I gave it a try. Actually, Shanghai Chicken Rice has many branches throughout Bangkok. What special about it is the rice. It is mixed with seaweed so it has a sweeter taste than normal chicken rice. It also comes with a typical Thai style sauce and a Shanghai style sauce.
