Lay Lao is a Northeastern Thai-Lao restaurant that has won the Michelin Bib Gourmand award many times. Since I happened to be staying at Ari Station, I chose the one near Exit 3 of BTS Ari Station. Just like the style here, the store has a hipster style and if you don’t know, you might think it’s a cafe! Lay Lao is worthy of the title of one star. The Thai hot and sour soup is very flavorful, with a stronger sour taste, which is very suitable for eating with rice. Roasted pork neck and roasted chicken are my favorite Thai cooking methods. You can enjoy the taste of the food itself when eating alone, and the Thai dipping sauce on the side makes the food more delicious. In addition, the fried enoki mushrooms on the menu are a must-try. It is also a fried mushroom taste that I have never eaten before. Next time I go to Bangkok, I will definitely visit this good restaurant again👍👍
