You can pop by Siam Square via the BTS train and alight at the Siam Square stop. Do take note to come by early as there's a queue during peak hours by both local and international customers. White Flower Factory serves an extensive menu of savoury Thai and Asian Fusion cuisine as well as decadent bakes and pastries that will delight every customer. The decor is industrial modern and each table is decorated with a small vase of the signature white flowers. The staff are very friendly too and are quick to offer suggestions if you are not sure of what to order. Of worthy mention are the following Thai dishes : - Crispy Morning Glory with Spicy Shrimp Salad. A great way to start off the meal - Stir Fried Crispy Cat Fish with Herbs served with Salted Egg. A signature dish and certainly very savoury. - Stir Fried Morning Glory, similiar to kang kong that we are familiar with - Seafood Tom Yum Soup , a traditional Thai soup must have with squid, mushrooms and river prawns. Yummy ! - Stir Fried Pork with Basil leaves , a local dish that is famous throughout the world. You do not leave Thailand without a taste if this ! Remember to compliment your dishes with condiments like lime, chilli padi and Thai fish sauce for that added zest to your meal. Lastly, for savouries, I would recommend their signature moist Coconut Cake with strands of coconut on top. SImply out of this world and I feel the best around !
