Each person will have their own pot. They use a glazed pot similar to a clay pot. They will stir-fry onions, chilies, and spring onions first to make them fragrant. We stir-fried until we were satisfied. Then the staff poured the soup in. The soup will be more fragrant and mellow. The food comes as a set with vegetables.
