The design of the hotel is super eye-catching, with the metal mesh on the architectural exterior flowing like silk, shining in the sun and reflecting the myriad charms of Bangkok. The lobby’s spiral staircase resembles floating installation art, with 400+ Thai contemporary art collections scattered around it, and even the elevator room has works by local artists. The rooms are no less, all 159 rooms have panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, bathroom Dyson, marble double bathtub. Staying in a high-rise suite with a private terrace directly facing the pixel building, waking up in the morning with a rose bath in the clouds overlooking the City of Angels is dizzying. The restaurant also has surprises, with the North and South Chinese Restaurant winning the Michelin Plate Award for three consecutive years, and the high-altitude afternoon tea at the Lakorn European Lounge.
