Dim Sum Zai (ติ่มซำไจ๋)

Dim Sum Zai (ติ่มซำไจ๋) is a small dim sum restaurant located in Soi Nak Bamrung. They offer a few Hong Kong-style dim sum dishes, but the quality is exceptional. The atmosphere is cozy and family-run, open only 4 days a week with just 5 tables, accommodating only 15 queues. We arrived early and got the first queue. It's recommended to wait early because the line gets very long. Queues are taken when the restaurant opens, and the food is served quickly. The staff is very attentive. Upon sitting, they serve pickled radish, which is very delicious. Dishes ordered: - Xiao Long Bao: Soft, thin dough with fragrant soup. - Har Gow: Soft dough with firm, whole shrimp filling. - Shrimp Siu Mai: Generous shrimp filling, just like in Hong Kong. - Shrimp Wrapped in Seaweed: Generous, fragrant shrimp filling. - Sichuan Sauce Pork Dumplings: Thin dough, generous filling, slightly spicy Sichuan sauce. - Roast Pork Bun: Soft dough, very fragrant roast pork. - Fried Mantou: Crispy outside, soft inside, not greasy, perfect with condensed milk.
