It has both ancient temples and markets, as well as modern high-rise buildings and shopping malls🛕🏙️ If this is your first time in Bangkok, how should you plan your three-day itinerary? You can refer to my route~ Day 1 📍Grand Palace-Wat Pho-Wat Arun For tourists visiting Bangkok for the first time, this itinerary is very suitable. You can visit the core attractions of Bangkok in one day and experience Thai culture to the greatest extent. Grand Palace: Spend the morning at the Grand Palace, and try to avoid holidays as the experience will be much better. The ticket to the Grand Palace includes the viewing of Thailand's traditional art Khon Opera, and there is also free shuttle bus transportation. Wat Pho: It is just behind the Grand Palace and can be reached on foot after watching the Khon Opera. Here is one of the largest reclining Buddhas in the world, 46 meters long and 15 meters high. It is a very quiet and comfortable temple, and it is also a good place to pet cats. Wat Pho is the birthplace of Thai massage. There is also a massage school hidden here. Day 2 📍Wat Suthat-Wat Wangsun-Wat Saket Wat Suthat: Wat Suthat is famous for its beautiful roofline, huge Buddha statues, gorgeous murals and huge swings. The temple's murals are considered to be among the largest and most important in Thailand and are in a transitional style with clear Western influences. Wat Phra That Wang Son: Known as the Metal Castle, it was built by King Rama III. Its design was influenced by Indian and Sri Lankan temples. It has 37 metal towers, each representing a virtue leading to enlightenment. Wat Saket: Wat Saket is a commanding point overlooking the scenery of Bangkok. It is a place not to be missed. Day 3 📍 Shilongjun Road Hiking The essence of this section is about 2.5 kilometers, and there is a historical story behind each ancient building or old business.
