Wat Kaew Phaitoon, another beautiful temple in Thonburi area

I used to visit this temple quite often as it is considered our family temple on my father's side. Most of our merit-making ceremonies are held here. Originally, this temple was called Wat Bang Prathun Nai. The highlight of this temple is the sermon hall, which is praised as the 'Magical Wooden House, the only one in Siam.' It is very beautiful. There is also the Viharn of Luang Pu Boon, the first abbot, for worship, and a statue of King Rama V that can be worshipped here as well.
