Nai Mong Hoi Thod: A local snack in Bangkok’s Chinatown: Oyster Omelette

Nai Mong Hoi Thod is a small shop with a lot of Michelin recommendations. Does it seem like it's normal? I ordered the signature crispy fried oysters, which are actually made by first frying the eggs until crispy and then pouring fresh oysters with a little starch on top. Unlike Taiwan, where cornstarch is used as the base, and then eggs, oysters and vegetables are fried together. The texture is not sticky, and is even slightly crispy. Paired with plump and tender fresh oysters and sprinkled with some pepper or seafood sauce, it is delicious and quite fresh. Street food is divided into small and large portions. It is recommended to order small portions and eat at several specialty stores. Don’t eat too much at just one store!
