Staycation at the St. Regis Bangkok under the beautiful sunset

Bangkok is a city you will never get tired of no matter how many times you visit it. This time, I chose the St. Regis Bangkok for my staycation. 🛂 Check-in: The hotel's facade is very low-key, even inconspicuous. After entering, go to the reception desk on the 12th floor. When you sit down at the front desk and wait for the staff to check in, a waiter will immediately bring you a welcome drink🍹. The staff are all very Thai in style, gentle and delicate. After completing the check-in procedures, they accompany the guests to the room to introduce the room configuration. 🛏️ Room: The suite was fully booked for the weekend, so I didn't get upgraded to a suite, only to a room with a view of the swimming pool and golf course🌅. But the view is satisfying. The welcome snacks have already been placed, a large plate of fruits 🍉 and sweet macarons and chocolates 🍫. 🏊‍♂️ Swimming pool: The view is excellent, but the swimming pool is small and the water is not deep, suitable for ordering a cocktail 🍸 playing in the water and sunbathing. 🏋️‍♂️ Gym: The equipment is quite complete, the area is large enough, and the view is good. 🥂 Happy Hour & Champagne Sabering Ritual: The hotel does not have an executive lounge, and platinum members and above only get two cocktails and snacks🍰. The Bloody Mary that St. Regis interprets in Bangkok is called Siam Mary. I ordered it and tried it. It was very spicy and spicey, not very tasty 😖. The traditional St. Regis saber champagne opening ceremony took place at sunset. The guy who opened the champagne this time was very reliable and succeeded in one go🍾. 🍽️ Breakfast: There are so many people dining here on weekends that you need to queue during peak hours. To be honest, the food is quite rich and the service is good. Although St. Regis is the most expensive hotel of Marriott in Bangkok, I still like Athena Luxury Collection Hotel more than the one I stayed at before.
