What impressed me most was that on the day of check-out, my sister was vomiting and having diarrhea due to food poisoning. The hotel counter staff showed great patience and care. They not only helped translate Thai, but also accompanied us to the nearby hospital for emergency treatment and IV drip, making us feel full of warmth and support. I am very touched by this thoughtful service.
