Yume Ramen, a new ramen shop in Park Lane.

The chef previously worked at an omakase restaurant and is now researching and continuously developing ramen recipes. Out of the three menu items, I highly recommend the Shoyu Ramen because the shoyu in the bowl has a very deep flavor. The next best is the Thai Miso Curry Ramen, which the owner recommends. It has a lot of components in the bowl, and if you like elevated Khao Soi, you'll love this. The Shio Ramen is still in development. It has a simple and comforting taste, with the noodles having a distinct egg noodle-like aroma. The highlight of this dish is the small seasoning jar on the counter; adding it gives a strong dried scallop aroma, making it very delicious.
