Thai french fusion food

While this was fairly expensive but also it was quite special. It's not the first time i have done this type of food. But every once a while or perhaps for special occasions we are still willing to try out a different restaurant. We enjoyed the tasting menu combined with cocktails. We arrived a bit early but were seated right away and offered a refreshing passion fruit drink. The food was delicious, the taste was complex and every bite had something special. The floss with watermelon was an especially surprising combination. Each dish seemed to be meticulously prepared, highlighting the intricate flavors and textures that Thai cuisine is renowned for. Paste has a decent view, although there is a busy street below. But the ambience is classy. #thailandtrip #fusionfood #bangkok
