Hana Kanzashi, a lovely and warm home-made matcha shop in the Pradit Manutham area, is owned by a couple who are passionate about the taste of matcha, to the point of taking a small course in Japan. They have returned to start selling delivery since the end of COVID-19. Now, they are ready to open a shop to welcome everyone. The shop is decorated in a soothing white tone. The furniture, tables and chairs are arranged in a comfortable, friendly manner, inviting you to sit and enjoy a cup of tea. The matcha here comes from many sources. The shop divides the order into groups, making it easier to order. First, choose whether you want to drink Clear, clear tea or Latte, milk tea, and then go into detail about what kind of taste notes you like. Mr. Turk, the shop owner, gave great advice. The first glass, I ordered Clear Matcha, chose Hana, Ceremonial Grade matcha powder from Uji City. It has a refreshing aroma and is easy to drink. The second glass, I ordered Matcha Latte, Ceremonial Grade matcha powder from Fukuoka, mixed with oat milk. The taste is fragrant, creamy, and umami. It's delicious and satisfying.
