The shop doesn't use Thai Pla Kapook, but uses Japanese Pla Kapook Ra. It smells good. I think people who don't eat Pla Kapook can eat it. It's sour and spicy, followed by salty and slightly sweet. Tam Sua Udon, this dish has the taste of Thai Pla Kapook Ra, spicy and spicy. The chewy texture of udon noodles instead of rice vermicelli is present.
