Today, I would like to recommend a cafe in Prachachuen area, Lay Low Cafe. Delicious food, homemade ice cream, and most importantly, dogs are allowed in the air-conditioned room. This shop is famous for its low-calorie and low-sugar ice cream. The menu will tell you how many calories per scoop, which helps you decide which flavor to choose. This shop has both indoor and outdoor areas, decorated in a minimalist style in white, looking clean and contrasting with the leaves and lush green trees. The roof is a glasshouse, looking out to see the sky. If the sun shines in, the staff are very cute and will bring a large umbrella for you. Menu ordered - Chimichurri steak with potato & cauliflower puree The steak is very well done. Ordered medium rare and got medium rare. The ribeye steak has a clear beef flavor. The highlight is the potatoes and cabbage puree, which are very soft and smooth. - Cheesy Pesto Gnocchi, spicy as I like, sweet and sour tomatoes, eating them together in one bite is delicious, they go together very well. - Chicken & Baby Gem Salad Crispy cos lettuce, chicken thigh is not dry. - Pulled pork Bread is the type of flour I like. This dish is probably for those who like sweet tastes. I like that it comes with pickled cucumbers, which cuts the richness perfectly. -Fusilli Ragu This dish has a medium taste, not too strong, and the noodles are cooked just right. -Eggs & Avocado is well-rounded. Avocado lovers should like it. -Banana Crepes The dough is thin, and goes well with the caramel sauce. The caramel sauce here is very strong. People who like strong caramel with a bitter taste on the tip of the tongue like us will especially like it. Eat it with bananas and ice cream, it goes together so well that we want to go back for more. But if you like sweet caramel, this might not be your style. -Waffle bowl with 5 scoops topped with brownies and cookies. I especially like the brownies. They are chewy and juicy. I like the chocolate ice cream and the waffles. I have to say that this shop makes small waffles that are stuck in front of the ice cream and the waffles on the base are crispy. The taste is good.
