There are 3 types of chicken: boiled chicken, fried chicken, and roasted chicken. This time, we tried the boiled chicken. The skin was a bit thin, but overall, the chicken meat was soft. For the appetizer, we ordered the spicy fried chicken. This was really good. It was spicy and tangy. The fried chicken had crispy skin and soft meat. The sauce is similar to the jaew sauce, but it's thicker. It's great when eaten with rice. Finally, the last dish that you can't miss is the little emperor with oyster sauce.
