Today, we had the pleasure of tasting the Italian cuisine at Emilia Ristorante Italiano, famous for its homemade fresh pasta that has everyone raving once they've tried it. Located on the first floor of Gaysorn Tower, the restaurant offers authentic Emilian-Romagnolo cuisine from Italy, curated by the experienced Italian chef Crocetta Fabrizio. We started with an appetizer, tasting Foccacia bread paired with Lorenzo No.5 olive oil and a balsamic vinegar of Modena aged 12 years in oak barrels. Today, we specifically came to try the fresh pasta, choosing the signature dish PICI RAGU DI MANZO, served with a rich beef sauce. The fresh pasta was tender yet chewy, quite unique.
