#Bangkok Attractions Yesterday I came to the Thompson Museum, a museum located on Phra Nam 1st Road, Pathumwan District, Bangkok, Thailand. This old Thai building was built by American businessman James Thompson to house antiques and artworks collected from all over the world in the 1950s and 1960s. In addition to being a silk shop owner, he is also a collector of Southeast Asian art. He collects Buddhist art and often travels to neighboring Myanmar, Cambodia and Laos for shopping, etc., so it is really eye-opening!
