The fermented fish is cooked without a fishy smell. The crab is also boiled, which makes it even more delicious. The boiled salted crab is sweet and fragrant. When combined with the papaya salad, it is incredibly delicious and does not smell fishy at all. The jaew hon is easy to swallow. The soup has a fragrant herbal aroma.
