The concept of the shop is designed to give the feeling of eating Omakase in the house of a Japanese nobleman in the Edo period, calm and warm according to the way of Zen. 👨🏻‍🍳 In addition to the shop's meticulous design, the chef at the shop has more than 12 years of experience. Omakase at Sushi Koge is in the Edomade style. Use fresh, premium ingredients from 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹, direct from Japan. Those who come to eat the monthly course may have changes according to the season. 🐟 On the day we went to eat, we ate 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝗵𝗶 𝗪𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗙𝘂𝗷𝗶 𝗦𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗺𝗼𝗻, 1-year-old white salmon raised in the natural hot spring water of Mt. Fuji from Shizuoka Prefecture, at a temperature of 11 degrees all year round. This menu is special because another ingredient is not included. Very lucky. The taste is very good too.
