'QreAm Asoke: The Ice Cream Bar' is a secret ice cream bar that was set up specifically in Q&A bar. As we all know, bars that sell alcohol are currently not selling well. The Q&A bar team, led by Khun Buk Atthaphon, the shop's head bartender, made ice cream. The starting point was to make something that they like to eat, which is ice cream. Since Khun Buk and his team are people who like to try new things all the time, in addition to having 9 standard flavors on the menu, there are also 3 seasonal menus that change every 2 weeks. It can be said that you can go back again and again without getting bored! 🐻 Bear Recommended ⭐ GNT Sorbet: The shop's signature. If you like to drink gin, this one is the perfect answer. The aroma is so fragrant. ⭐ Notorious 70 (Chocolate) + Acai Berry Gel: 70% dark chocolate ice cream. They use 70% chocolate button as the main ingredient, mixed with free-range milk and eggs. With good natural ingredients, the taste and texture of the ice cream are very good. We ordered it with Acai berry gel topping. The sourness contrasts with the bitterness of the chocolate perfectly. The berry sauce is very good. ⭐ Milk & Salted Caramel + Almond Praline: Another best-seller of the shop. It's a fat kid feel. It's full of milk and caramel. It's sweet and creamy. Add Almond Praline topping. I really understand the fat kid feeling that I can't stop eating. 🤣 ⭐ Pistachio: Served with shredded pistachio on top. The first bite is very clear pistachio. It's like dropping a bag of pistachios. Add to that the milky, creamy, very good. ⭐ Rose' wine Sorbet with strawberry: This is a seasonal menu. It's a rose wine flavor. Eat it with fresh strawberries. It feels like a sweet woman. Sipping rosé wine with a girlfriend, I spilled the whole bottle of rosé wine. That's how I felt 🤣 ⭐ Dark chocolate Sorbet & Bordeaux wine: This is an off-menu item that I brought to try and I really liked. It's a 73% dark chocolate sorbet mixed with Cacao powder. This is non-dairy, but the texture is smooth and chewy, like ice cream mixed with milk. The light flavor is cut with Bordeaux wine. When served, sprinkle with sugar flakes. Eat it together. It's a perfect combination of flavors. ⭐ Wasabi Butter: Also off-menu item. I give it the best of the day because I never thought I'd get to eat wasabi butter ice cream. Both flavors stand out without clashing or overpowering each other. So cool. In addition to ice cream, there are also non-alcoholic drinks, which I must say are very delicious! I almost wish the bar would open soon because I really want to try Big's crafted drinks! ⭐ Root beer float: Homemade root beer, fragrant, topped with vanilla ice cream, which is the first ice cream flavor the shop created. This ice cream tastes like a real gentleman, lightly sweet but with a strong vanilla aroma, smooth, and even better when eaten with root beer. ⭐Real butter beer, not the kind for kids.
