Asiatique The Riverfront

The most convenient and popular way to get to Asiatique would be by boat. Take the Bangkok Sky Train (BTS) to Saphan Taksin (S6) and take Exit 2 towards the Central Pier, also known as the Sathorn Pier. There, you will find the free daily shuttle boat heading towards Asiatique with a frequency of 15 minutes from 5pm to 11pm. The boat ride takes approximately 10 minutes and can accommodate up to 80 people. Not only is the shuttle fast and convenient, the ride to Asiatique via the Chao Phraya River also offers stunning views of the well-known continental hotels and buildings that are located along the river banks. Besides the modern structures, you can also see some well preserved old buildings that are used for housing. A ferris wheel that is visible from afar marks your final destination. Sit back and enjoy the cool evening breeze. Since Asiatique opens its doors at 5pm and cease operation at midnight, it is advised to plan ahead how much time to allocate for shopping, eating and trying out different activities.
