It's beautiful place and listen to the legend shared by the locals. They will guide you throughout your journey at Tangkuban Perahu, and don't forget to tip them! A must go if you come visit Bandung. We took out our drone to play it but was stop by the ranger and wanted to charge us SGD$100. Tip: Sneak and use your drone somewhere deeper in the forest area to get a quick shot of the place! Risky, but worth it. Visit the cave nearby too. 30mins hike. It's pretty spooky, though. Absolutely thrilling experience to be at the very edge of an active crater. Lots of sellers to sell you junk, best to avoid. But well worth it in my opinion. Not the sort of thing one can do often.
