The specialty of the rooms here is the unique decoration of each house, not repeated. Every house comes in the theme of Thai, Chinese and Mon, which are the three ancient civilizations of the Mae Klong River Basin. The house we chose to stay in is called Ban Nakhon Chum, a large Thai-Mon style wooden house on stilts. The interior is decorated with wooden furniture from old craftsmen that are hard to find today.
