Best Indonesian Fine Dining in Bali

Kuta Utara, Kabupaten Badung, Bali 80361, Indonesia Closed on Thursdays, Opens daily 12–3pm, 5–10pm Ambience: Located on the second floor, you still get a magnificent view of the beach and of Potato Head beach club. The chill vibes was immaculate, and the best part is that it is air conditioned and there is no minimum spending! Food: I must say the food here was fantastic, might have been the best I had during my Bali trip! They serve upscale Indonesian food, making use of ancient Indonesian ingredients and techniques, highlighting dishes from across the archipelago. I would highly recommend the Tongseng Ayam (145k IDR) which is basically braised chicken stewed in traditional spices and baby cabbage, as well as the Babi Genyol (115k IDR) which is fried braised Pork cheek in Balinese spices served with spicy fried shallots. Both dishes were really unique, highly flavourful and the meat was well cooked and super tender.
