Every spot here is soooo instagramable. The ice cappuccino coffee and dark chocolate cake I ordered were really good. They got AC and the wifi has no problem. Noir Cafe is so comfortable and if you're in search of a cozy and welcoming café with delicious food and exceptional service, recommend giving this place a try. By the way, the upstairs dining area is where the immersive experience is!
